If your hair has already started falling, then you need to cut down on drinking.

If you can, stop drinking altogether. This is because alcohol in your system will stop your hair’s growth.

4. Stop Smoking

Smoking cigarettes will reduce the amount of blood that flows to your scalp. This will then lead to your hair growth reducing drastically.

5. Take Care of Your Hair

Taking care of your hair means a lot of things.

First, don’t use any artificial products that might damage it in both the long and short run. Other than that, of course you have to keep it keep it clean, but this doesn’t mean using shampoos that are too strong. Use a shampoo that is mild, and you’ll be more than fine.

6. Hair Styles

If you style your hair differently, make sure it isn’t being pulled backwards.

These types of hair styles pull the hairs follicles and will start showing baldness in your hairline pretty quickly.
